Customers will receive tracking information via email once their orders are shipped out. If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, we are not liable for your undelivered/lost claims.
PLEASE NOTE: Signature is required for delivery. If you miss the delivery attempt please be sure to leave the signed form with your mail carrier to ensure you are able to receive it. If further attempts are made and you do not provide a signature, the package will be returned to us and your order will be refunded. ANY EXPEDITED SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF PACKAGE IS RETURNED DUE TO LACK OF CUSTOMER SIGNATURE.

All product sales are final. The only exception is if you believe you have received a damaged or defective product. If you believe this to be the case, email info@kalibloom.com within 7 days or receiving your purchase with the following information: Name, order #, damaged/defective item description and photo showing damage and we will promptly assist you with a shipping label to return the defective device and issue a replacement or store credit upon receipt.
