Order Processing Time
All orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Our primary shipping partners include UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier is selected based on delivery location and shipping speed chosen at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can use this number to track your shipment via the carrier's website.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Kalibloom is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they have been marked
as delivered by the carrier.
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it
Please double-check your address.
Check with neighbors or building managers.
Contact the shipping carrier directly.
We're happy to assist where we can, but customers are responsible for filing claims with the carrier for lost or stolen packages.
