Is D8 legal?D8 is currently federally legal but prohibited by law in these states: AK, AZ, AR, CO, DE, ID, IA, KY, MS, MT, NV, UT, RI. For this reason, we cannot sell to customers in those states.

Will D8 get me high?Yes. Similar to Delta-9, it has psychedelic effects and produces a high, albeit with some differences: The psychoactive effects of Delta-8 are less intense and said to last for a shorter period compared to the effects of a D9 THC vape. Processing and Delivery
Please allow 2-3 business days for normal processing times and an additional 3-5 business days during high-volume periods (i.e. new collection release). Please note that business days are Monday-Friday.
Standard shipping typically takes an additional 5-7 business days. Please note that any shipping carrier delays once we ship orders are out of our control.
Customers will receive tracking information via email once their orders are shipped out. If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, we are not liable for your undelivered/lost claims.
PLEASE NOTE: Signature is required for delivery. If you miss the delivery attempt please be sure to leave the signed form with your mail carrier to ensure you are able to receive it. If further attempts are made and you do not provide a signature, the package will be returned to us and your order will be refunded. ANY SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE FORFEITED IF PACKAGE IS RETURNED DUE TO LACK OF CUSTOMER SIGNATURE.
